Change School Card Not Working

as the title said, please help me to fix.
every time i RIGHT CLICK the card, nothing happen!

did you test it on online client? bc school card doesnt work on emulator

check stored procedure in database, I assumed you used the shared source here with change school card system, if you just merge it, check the change school card msg related function.
