Character Items and Skill rollbacking

I put the armor on the character after i try to log in again my characters items and skill are goin back to previous setting

coz ..that item is over edited .. just delete it and edit another1 and make sure that it is only below +30

Or the stats points. The database have only limit in 10k stat points.
