Checking Server Information

Can you pls help me. I cannot login in the game because when i click the server channel i got an error. "Checking Server Information"... What should be the problem.? tnx in advance

same error !!! try to connect the 2 server agent and session server! you will see the error Online True

and try the wrong password and wrong username its appear Checking Server Info !
