i already try that solution but still error. my config php in my control panel is correct. then my other forum is working i'm using same xampp. my odbc is correct because i have connection in my client i can play. the problem is only control panel connection error 119 is always appear..

to all PRO WEB DEVELOPER we need your help please comment if you know the solutions.

now my os is win 2003 64bit then i already try that solution but the error still appear,. only in xampp, but if i use abyss web server my control panel is working. the problem is i need to use xampp server because i have sql forum and website... but if my os is win 2003 32bit even if i use the xampp server my control panel is working. only in 64 bit have error if i use xampp.

that is only Ran control panel error in 64bit os but if i use 32bit the control panel is no error or that error is not appear. but my other website and forum is working.

what? dont have not forum. this rancp.bak your the glacler panel. im a use xampp 1.6.7 on htdocs :D

huh, i said if i use windows 2003 32bit my control panel is working fine no problem or error via Xampp then if i use windows 2003 64 bit i got Connection with SQL Server failed! Error #119 . in my control panel. via xampp but if i change my web server to abyss web server even if my OS is 64 bit my control panel is working fine no error.
so the problem is not my control panel. the problem is xampp.
