DxFieldInstance::Create hr failed

Helloo!

Would like some help figuring out why I cant start my server.

This error happens during starting Field Server. It gets stuck there, not loading the maps.

It's been 4 days since I last started the server since I got busy.

Wrong encryption... recheck .rcc file encryption

Also, I think the error started from the Server Session too.
I see a "bind error. Error Code: 10049
