edit characterwindow

can anyone tell me how to edit characterwindow in the neo source? i downloaded a source code of neo and i compiled it and when i use the emulator it doesnt have vehicle,pet tab and dual weapon I want to explore how to put the tab and the dual weapon but i cant find the characterwindow project ,I keep on searching how to edit characterwindow but I keep on getting the share characterwindow of xhellin
