yes have but take a lot of time, I think you can create new cps

If it has missing files it will pasted there, if not, encrypted or incompatible file.

you can check your errorlogs for problem I made the cps using juver skinpiece .

If you have no idea for reading it but you got skin and textures, why dont you create it? File --> New and load skeleton, skin, apply mesh, pick right piece and save.
