Due to skin x error or skin not compatible with skeleton.
ok... so no remedies for this kind of error @cus i download this in a bundle/set...
i think you are missing something, if you got those files from shared it must be complete
so i guess all you need is to put all the pieces in its respected places and re-open the tool
i got this files too and is working just fine, dont forget ".x files" put in skin not on "skeleton" folder
then try reloading your "SkinPiece" tool. I hope this could help.
