Make Sure you have 2pc, 1 pc for server side and 1 pc for client side or use VMware :) btw post it to the Help Section and read rules more power sir !

but still can't log in .
And I create new query but still can't.

Better use Hamachi to make your server use hamachi ip to launcher and server ip config forward all port you need and thats it your done
@Montage so server cfg ip don't change 192.168.XX just need to change pararm ip?
download hamachi first you will see ip on hamachi use it as your server ip and launcher ip as well

but if I change the hamachi ip in server it will be wrong.

There must be something wrong or missing with your files
Try to check your cfgs and param again until you got it. Also the server and client must be identical. Same game.exe, param.ini and etc. Since your using 2 pc. Just use your LAN IP. If that didn't work. Try using VMWare or virtualbox.
