I already set ChaInfo->UserType to 32 (GM Account) but announcement still don't appear at the top left corner of the screen please Help

Sir Make Sure you Use This -----> "&" Then put anything :)

Example: &TEST ( YOUR GM MESSAGE WILL APPEAR AT THE UPPER LEFT OF YOUR SCREEN ) Hope you Understand and Help you

Look at the picture sir, I already included "$" in the beginning of my messages but still no announcement appeared. Putting "$" sign means shouting in game right? thats what I did.
