default password for rcc can be found inside game.exe - hex it.. sir SeiferXIII is right, this files protected with something like CryptionRCC (just like NEO gunner server have). they use same version of REditor from pagenotfound thhread/geger shared REditor. but u will need 'CryptionRCC ' to decrypt all file before you can open it using REditor.
