if still got that error, put all dll files in your client to your server files

just install and click "Next Next.......till the installation is done.. then run your field server.

I do not know anymore. because previously I had the same problem with you and my solution is in the file I uploaded above. now everything is running normally for my file server.
except my ep 7, anyone can help me here: ep7 failed to start
