Error Script when opening freebies

Would you mind helping me with this error? This is an old client I used to be, but this time some error showed up, I don't know what happened because I didn't change some script from what I used previously. Here's my problem: When I opened the freebies box, an error script showed up! Look for the attached picture for your reference, thanks!

About my problem, still the same even though I tried what you said.

Uhmm.. I think its start when I'll tried to save my "crow.mnsf" in csv format and when I open it in "excel 2016" and save it again saying "some features gonna lost if you save it using excel format" but I ignored it and still save it, then load again in my "crow.mnsf" when I use emulator and try to open some freebies in my game the "Script Error" show up, even I try to return it in default or use my Default Client (No Modified) still showing the "Script Error".

By the way, thank you for your kindness in responding to my problem.
