i having that error also i have all net framework i think its glogicserver problem can anyone please help me.. um using malwarebytes server files and skywar/skyran client files..

change client for sure .. cause the client encrypted and its not support for that server files u used

this error has two reasons, maybe wrong directories/file not found or the rcc's have password/encrypted :). use other clients out there and explore more :).
