Field Crash Unkown Error

Server File Works Fine,

I just compiled this source I found here in RZ with complete client,glogicserver,cfg,database
its working fine but when im in-game Field Server suddenly crash::
Server OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Memory: 8GB Ram
HDD: 1TB
VMware::::
Client OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
Memory: 2GB Ram
HDD: 200GB
