Fix Skill effect information

Hello guys. i just wanna ask if where can i fix this skill information? it seems text display aren't correct.
i'd already checked on Skilleditor,SkillStrTable and comment.ini but got no results :(





Anyway skills are working properly just wanna fix the display information.
