You must be using your LAN IP, change it to WAN IP.

If you are using Static IP, you no need to port forward, straight away you can host your server. if you are dynamic ip, you can't change to fix ip, you need to port forward.
what can i do when i use simple port forwarding please teach me how to use on ep7 server ^^
PPoE - point to point over internet is always dynamic..
useful tips:
donot turn off, reset,restart Modem
just keep it online this is to make sure your WAN IP will remain unchanged
forward all the necessary Port Only..
RUn Server files Before testing the port whether it is open or not..

Sir, how about the static ip of PLDT using the Zyxel P-2612HWU-F1? I tried to direct the server by doing a portwarding but still it fails. It says, "Character failed to be processed". I tried to forward all the ports but still it fails. Again, I used another router...still it fails again...huhuhu!
if you did direct no need to port forward
just configure your zyxel as bridge and your done
