In case of your TextEditor can open the files insde another glogicserver.rcc, that's OK.
If not, you can use TextEditor which can open those files, then save without encryption and use your TextEditor to open and save as new one.
How to fix period file open fail? I already have a glogicserver folder in my server side and I already used the glogicserver.rcc you've provided but still got the same error.
Have you checked period.ini?
I am actually trying to fix the "period file open fail" when running agent server. My text editor is "REditor" and it will open the period.ini which came from my glogicserver.rcc if it's decrypted. If not decrypted it will show encrpyted characters in reditor
If you just got gold from mobs/bosses, there are 2 reasons:
1. You need to decrypt or encrypt files inside glogicserver.rcc
2. Your glogicserver.rcc was wrong, you need to make new .rcc
I am not modifying the mob or boss' gold drop, I am about to start my server. My session and login servers are OK, field server has bug and agent service will show ok after the period file open fail and will complete the "Gaea Server." Please see details below:

You should login the game and try to attack some mobs.
Or you run Emulator to check.
Try to get some items from mobs/bosses.
If you don't get any item from them and just get gold, your glogicserver.rcc is wrong.
If you get normally, so your period.ini file is wrong.
