It is LG-7 GlobalRanking, there is one shared here.

I tried to use the shared LG-7, but I think it has something to do with the encryption on my server files, it auto closes when I start the server session. maybe it's not compatible with the lg7 of the shared one. or maybe im wrong, sorry i'm new to this.

If you are using the one with HWID Lock, then you cannot use it, there is some information regarding how to make it work, try reading it again.
