and btw what gmt should i use, from the dds becuase i tried to set the cw to 16 thats 4pm right after it restart and waited for the time to come. but the cw didnt came out even an announcement. and btw i setted the time on 3:34pm and open up the server again in 3:41pm.
Great Scott! You need to change your DDS Time Zone same with your time zone.
