[help] 403 Forbidden

hi.

does anyone know how to fix this 403 forbidden thing?
because i run a server here in my shop (lan gaming). and tried to set-up a webserver. seems to be fine but when other pc's try to connect to the web (sample my web server : 192.168.1.11) they could not access (also in server but when i use 127.0.0.1/ran its fine.). i found some threads but seems to be unfortunate because they d0nt explain further solution, and most likely hamachi related topics. (I dont use hamachi). if i got missing the bit, please help me to p0int out the threads (im using the tags *forbidden* *web* no luck at all.

add into your ACL ip range 192.168.1.0/24
