Yes ,If Your PC is Direct Into Your DSL modem very easy, if your PC is Connected to router you need to setup or config your port forward..

after you success port forwarding.. you can use changeip.com to enhanced you dynamic ip. and download the client from the said website. it will automatically forward your new ip to the changeip.com account.

tips: your client param.ini must be alpha not numeric.. so that you can change your ip everytime you want..

the said website is have 40 days for free. if you want to extend your account you have to buy it from them...

Sorry No time To help You because I'm busy,.

Note: if your modem is new dsl modem with wifi you can't make server,you can make but lan server only. need modem to make ran server, zyxel P-600..

If you want a permanent IP , do not SHUT DOWN your PC ..

suggest you, buy VPS

ask ur ISP ... to change ur dynamic to static .. they will allow it
