can someone explain me why I can't read other skill.isf using my editor?
I'm using juver old and new sources.

I found that I could use the original skill found here in ragezone
but my tools can't read it.
what do I need to do first?

even decrypting it doesnt work

fixed I got them all working

now my problem is it only works on my EMULATOR
my skills higher that 167 is not showing in my server
