Your EXP Rate. Its too high. Did you execute expevent?
nope... and where can i find expevent? is it in my SQL?

you can execute exp event through Gm character with GM code
/eventexp_begin 10.00
actually it's my first time running the server and making a sample of leveling a char and finds this bug... also i haven't still execute any GM commands...
please anyone there can help me... tnx!
Should try this default charclass. Its kinda fix.
Just repack this file in your Data > glogic.rcc : http://ran-online.us/uploaded/default.charclass

Try those shared default.charclass if it will work. If the problem is still there, then change your exptable_max.bin
that happens because the exp table of your server is not the same as the exp table of your client, your client needs less EXP for lv up than the server,
after editing anything on Glogic you need add the new file to the client GLogic too!
your server's glogic.rcc is not same on your client's glogic.rcc.
his right very simple...
try to edit your max level at your default.charclass and search this line ' wMAX_LEVEL ' just edit at your server only....just leave it the client side...after that...check your script in your mysql reborn script same as your server default.charlass ...that all...try it...you will not regret if you try it right?? hahaha
