why is it characters online?? but no ones online In Game

That characters online last time but now they are not online how can i fix that big problem?

and when i log in it says USER ACCOUNT IS BEING CONNECTED!

The answer is just.....
in ur SQL that online player are in userstate 1
u can found it at the dbo.userinfo at the RanUser
Just change it to 0
0 = offline
1 = online
