[Help] Crowstrtable.txt shows symbols and stuffs, can't decrypt.

Good day, before you guys tell me to search the forums or what not. I did all of those. And followed all the steps but still it shows symbols after I decrypt them. I used cryptionrcc and reditor but I guess they did not work for me. Looking for mobs in RAN Ep7. Can you guys help me on what to do cause I'm running out of options.
