[HELP] Distorted NPC skin (Creepy!)

NPC looks distorted and creepy! XD.

Can you help me solved this problem? I'm using Fantasy Ran client files.

Please... can you share your .X and .DDS files for Shaman, Brawler and Archery Instructor?

I make it work and it's okay when viewed in skin viewer:

But when in game, it is still distorted.

As I see, that Qigong NPC came from Ran2.
You have to make sure its skeleton, skin and textures are compatible.
