[Help] Editing custom skin but found error.

I'm trying to edit one of mall custom skin, the file is m_sm_body.dds and the skin is a Superman suit and i'm trying to change it.
I already use the nvidia dds plugin and edit using photoshop but when i save it the skin that i edit is not vieweing in the game. it only showing the character white body skin while wearing that mall costume that i edited the skin.

where did I do wrong?

maybe re-editing it helps. open up your backup copy, edit it and save the edited file in the textures\costume directory. ^^
