[HELP] editor cant open a file? erros: file too big cant open

Im trying to open a ItemStrTable.txt document using RanTextfile editor and it shows file too big cant open.. the doc's been RCC decrypted and has to open with editor. any Idea or fix in the source code??

I have tried to use hex editor and to seperate it to two doc and doesnt work because of the encryption

the ItemStrTable.txt is 1500 kb

It was because some stupid microsoft funtion has a limit on the size
