[HELP] Encryption of RCC

I have a Client that all .Rcc files is decrypted.
Then i Check the enginelib
It has already a Crypt.cpp/h

So I try to encypt all the files inside .RCC
and also the GameSet.ini

GameSet.ini values are all =0

But when I try to open the game using emulator.
The game cant read the files.
also can't read the GameSet.ini.

What I need to do?
