[Help] Ep3 game.exe has stopped working

Pls help ive been trying to make a server for like 3 weeks and ive searched but it isnt enough im a newbiw i dont know alot about making servers.

use ajyl launcher.
++
right click game.exe -> properties -> compatibility tab -> check run in Windows Xp mode -> check run as admin -> apply -> ok

run again.

It opened but it stuck there like yeah and its not even loading i got it running but still it aint moving T_T
