[HELP][EP7]Migrate English version to Chinese Version error....

Hi Experts,

I encountered a problem is after i change chinese gui into data/gui/xxx.xml,the chinese work was unable to show in the game,what is the problem?the words only show [????]....what the problem is?what should i do to convert?is this due to game.exe problem or some file else??SS attached,hope someone help me.....
