do u install Microsoft .NET Framework?u need install it 1st if u are running windows xp

i think this is the requirements for MSSQL
Windows Xp or higher
512+mb of Ram is required for running MSSQL
and a lot of space of HDD^^
as of my experience
if you are using
windows xp sp2 this
is what you will need
in installing
structured query language/sql:
1.dotnetfx.exe
2.msxml6.msi
3.sqlexpr3.exe
4.sqlserver2005_ssmsee.msi
5.windowsinstaller.exe
and we all cannot suggest what is hes real problem ^_^
im using windows xp version 2002 sp2
and i have 512 RAM

of course it does have the required files: mssql etc...
cant give u an ss but i can give u what it says

ok ive downloaded it.. i can install it now but when im almost finish
my pc restart and when it finished restarting a few more second
it will restart again and it do that all the time so i need to reformat my
pc again :(...Do the MSSQL have a virus????

you got a wrong service pack...
to know your service pack:
-right click My Computer on your desktop
-left click properties
-then check your General
-at the General find your System:
