how to Solve this Error?

[Game Text Error ] Index Overflow

:(

The Server Selection is Blank , the Model Character Only

That's a gui problem.

Solution:
Go check your Param.ini, and find this string: strCountry
it might be TW/CN/PE/EN.
after checking it, go to data\gui\

and open these files
Code: 
strGameInText = gameintext.xml
strGameExText = gameextext.xml
strGameWord = gameword.xml
strServerText = servertext.xml

check the <VALUE Lang="tw"> . if StrCountry & VALUE Lang is not the same, then make them the same :): jejeje prob fixed.

ive tried to paste the param
wait wanted to ask , if the param must be decrypted or encrypted
cause it has the same error
