How to update SkillStrTable at GMC?

In adding skills from GMC, do I need to insert skill ID first at the DB RanShop before I can add skills?

no you need to decrypt the skillstrtable first then copy paste to the skillstartable in gmc folder

Can I add skills at Ran Manager? Im using Ep8 server

to unlock unlearn skills its charset remove \\ to enable

if your talking about unlearning the skill through GMC - just select the skill and delete and if your talking about no skill at level 1 just follow asero1933 said
