[HELP] Hexing master

I am having problem because Avast and other antivirus detects EP5 game.exe as malware but not ep6s2 game.exe, Now i hexed both exes and i found the string that is causing the problem, however when i try to replace it with other game.exe strings or even change the hex value it causes the game to crash instantly after opening, but it passes any antivirus,

those in red are the values that i want to replace because it is causing the game.exe to be detected as malware. any share ideas will be a great help. Thanks.

You need to turn your antivirus off or add excemption

I can't always ask all of my players using avast to turn off their antivirus. that is why i am searching for a way to replace those strings.

and I figure out that the only string or character that made the game.exe detected as a virus is because of ˜ character, I am wondering if i can replace that character without having a game crash.

I already fixed it, changed the 8 to 3, Mods please delete or close this thread Thanks.
