[Help] How do I disable PK count on FREE PK TIME.

I was wondering how can I make all the pk counts records only from TW,SW,CTF and CW.
but outside of the map won't.

I'm still a newbie but I can read the source decently
you can just hint me where in thee source are those script
I'm using Juver base
