(HELP) How to remove skill book requirement when learning skills?

As what the title says, I am looking for a way to make my server learn skills without books, I am from Tantra Online and I decided to move to Ran Online so if someone could help me out it would be great, this is my first time handling a source code.

    Thanks

To support my living, i am doing this kind of work. I can make add a function called Skill Learn thru Gold and Skill Points to your source code. Meaning, you dont need scroll anymore to learn the skill, you just have to click the '+' sign beside the skill.

You puzzled me. I thought about the skills that prevail in me and which I would be ready to share. I am well versed in computers and even want to connect my future profession with this. But I realized that I’m doing well but I don’t know how to present my skills and probably it’s not in vain that I recently stumbled upon this resource https://edubirdie.com/powerpoint-pre...riting-service After all, it’s best to present what you can with the help of a bright presentation, and just profi can make a presentation at the highest level.
