Help i create a thor patcher

HELP I CREATE THOR PATCH BUT STILL FAILED TO CONNECT ..

yes i use no ip ..

maybe you got a wrong ip input at the thor generator when you made your thor patcher better to check it.. use the ip of your vps/dds

this is my procedure

after create a 1.thor

i put thor on my rancp patch /data/ then plist notepad i put 1.thor that

you put your created thor patcher at xampp/htdocs/patch/data? correct me if im wrong

1.thor is the patch ... i meant is the thor patcher(ran launcher)
