HELP How to increase skills

I want to add all skills Because in the game there are only lv.127 What file do I need to edit?

Use CSV and make it compatible or either seek for other skilleditor file that readable on your skill then delete manually rather than adding up skills more easier.

what is a file name ? and I want to see what the highest skill level of my server is.

Seek for decrypted skill.isf here or either seek an ep7 client shared that has stools.
