The Problem Is Your Launcher,your launcher is not compatible to your game.exe,Change Your launcher..

this is from ranbattle like raceran the option.ini is tested in raceran when i replaced this in raceran its not full screen.hope it helps

it means missing... go check your level.rcc, your level.rcc don`t have that lev files.
