[HELP] No internet connection pls help

hello please help me i searched everywhere and read every thread about this but still i couldn't fix the problem, No internet connection when i tried to connect to my server, I've double checked cfg file and also done port forwarding there's no error with 4 server application and my port can be seen , my param is kinda tricky can you please have look. other than that im not sure what else is causing the error
im using a VPS for my server, yup i used my vps local ip for cfg and param,
123.4...etc just example ip , that is what my param config.
