hey guys this problem is so easy to solve, if you don't want to automatic change your IP, the solution is don't TURN OFF your computer 24/7,because every time you TURN OFF your computer the IP will always be change.. or change your DSL or Globe Broadband to DEDICATED SERVER.. Thats All

Can. But you need to change your IP every time you restart your computer.

For Dynamic IP, just use HAMACHI App and IP if you really don't want to any changes. Else, you'll need to contact your internet server provider (ISP) and request for a Static IP, but that depends on their service if they allow it.

your wrong... Dynamic IP will change everytime modem reset restart.
