Help ran cp log in success but not logging in

take a look my SS i try to log in my account and it says log in success but when it reload
it just back log in page... why?
it say log in but still the site asking me to log in?LOLX

open your db then click ranuser ,, right click Design ,, add this (UserSQ - Varchar 50 allow null check) ,, (UserSA Varchar 50 allow null check)
