[help] server under syn flood attack.

Hello Ragezoners,

I wanna hear from you if you already encounter this kind of attack. A "SYN FLOOD" attack,
or you may call it DDOS attack, The attacker is sending packets from different FAKE IP's.
I expirience this on my server, From 1 day until now, it keeps my server HANG and unresponsive.
I know some people here have good heart and will share thier knowledge about this kind of attack.
I really need help regarding this matter.

To all Pro's that are willing to help, Please help.

probably its not SYN its UCP / DATA FLOOD

you can't prevent it unless you got high connection :)

Data flood? they can Launch a Ddos attack even my server and website is close. As i know UCP or Data Flood that you are saying is Different with A SYN Flood. .
