lol! No money no VPS! but I don't recommend VPS, because you can't handle too many connections using VPS, It'll make your server Lag.

Your High Speed is how much? 10gbps 20gbps? 4gb is a little too less for hosting server. because the Field Server already Took you 2gb to run the file and 1gb to run Agent Server, what about the core? I recommended Intel Xeon.
