[HELP] Some Characters cannot login.

Hi everyone I am using Juver Source and I just migrated to another server then this problem occurs.
Some characters are stuck in Processing the data.

and also there are times that when player got connected to the game, there are no players and NPCs around the area. Please help.

this is weird because it does not occur to everyone.
