ok about your problem. what do you mean Unlock Skills? you want if you create character all skills must be unlocked? if you want that one here the guide by Sir LatneM

Hey Popzy if you are using NEO server Follow this
1. Open Glogic.rcc
2. Find SkillStrtable.txt
3. Drag it in your Desktop
4. Open Tools Called CryptionRcc (Already been Shared here)
5. Decrypt that SkillStrtable.txt you Drag in your Glogic.rcc
6. Then open that Decrypted SkillStrtable.txt Using tools called Reditor04 (Already been Shared here)
Then WaaaaaaaaaaaLAAAAAHH....! Your done...!

hey...i edit starting skill for SG,female shama... class03.charset
ExpSkills [4,2][8] <---- all skill i put 8 ... i put back to rcc ( client/server )

then i log in the game...it cant let me create new char...it say [name of the character consists unproper words]
i put 123451234 also cannot....help me !

Sorry to bump onto old thread... I already set my charset skill to Master and set the skill requirements to 0 but still i can't activate all skills please help! -_- I'm using neo source. TIA
