Hey Popzy if you are using NEO server Follow this
1. Open Glogic.rcc
2. Find SkillStrtable.txt
3. Drag it in your Desktop
4. Open Tools Called CryptionRcc (Already been Shared here)
5. Decrypt that SkillStrtable.txt you Drag in your Glogic.rcc
6. Then open that Decrypted SkillStrtable.txt Using tools called Reditor04 (Already been Shared here)
Then WaaaaaaaaaaaLAAAAAHH....! Your done...!

then i log in the game...it cant let me create new char...it say [name of the character consists unproper words]
i put 123451234 also cannot....help me !
