for the text file rijndael key , it can see in hexing minia/game.exe but if for the rancrypt key , no.

the only way you decrypt it by its tools or build a tools which same encryption with its rancrypt.
sorry , i busy on my own business , i only have sometime a day to do this decryption.
hope you are not too hurry to use this file.
i can try my best , but i am no the one who have tools to decrypt it.
i just know how to decrypt by manual .
