You mean you want to disable PK on your Game? Impossible!
I think you need to get the Source Code from MinCom to disable it.
T_T..sad to know...
your offering to others to make ran server for free but this simple problem you cant solved.. tsk tsk tsk

open defaultchar.class look for
bPK_MODE 1 >im guessing 1 means pk on 0 means pk off
bSCHOOL_FREE_PK_ALWAYS 0
simply online your GM account then input this command :
/pk_mode [on/off]
then you're done ... hope it helps..
